Minnie Mouse 15K

I had a wonderful week-end in Orlando. 15k, my furthest distance so far.
1:30:22. I had my eyes on the Army 10 miler this fall, but it is booked already. Looking for another race in its place. Possibly a half-marathon.

Girls night out!

Yesterday was Kathy's Birthday. It is not like we need a reason to go out, but we used that one ;-)
Tubby's Tankhouse hosts a "Sunset Party" on Thursday nights and that was the perfect location for Kathy's Birthday Party. Wednesday afternoon after she left work we decorated her office with balloons, banners and confetti. Thursday morning we printed a picture of her, captioned it and posted it throughout our plant.
Kathy is probably the only person that loves Gummibears as much as I do. Many years ago, my sister gave me a Gummibear cookbook and for Christel-Ann's 4th Birthday I made a Gummibear cake. It took 6 years for me to recover from making it. But I did it again. If you want me to make one...wait a few years before you ask.
